As every year, I cooked ashura this year. We distributed it to the whole village. I spread my organic vegetables, which I collected from ancestral seeds, in the sun to dry. I gathered black-eyed peas, corn and tomatoes. After boiling the corn and laying it out in the sun, we will grind it in stone. In the winter, we will boil it with bone broth.
