Cake recipe:
For biscuit:
2 eggs
160 g sugar
8 tablespoons of water
190 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 180 * (do not dry out)
cut the chilled biscuit lengthwise into 4 even parts (I have 7cm each)
Brush with chocolate cream:
1 tbsp. l. sugar
1.5 tbsp. l. cocoa
70 ml cream 10-15%
1 tbsp. l. butter
for cream:
200 g butter soft
200 g of boiled condensed milk
300 g curd cheese
Cones for decoration:
200 g biscuits
70 g nuts
1-2 tbsp. l sugar (not very sweet)
2 tbsp. l. cocoa
1 tbsp. l starch
1 cup (200ml) milk
70 g butter
200 g dry breakfast (chocolate flakes)
! It took me 1/4 of the finished mass to decorate the cake
