It's always worth finding out what you need to do to earn those "up to" numbers. You can earn over $3,000 a week as a company driver pulling dry vans at Western Express if you're at max rate, you're a trainer, you're close to your manager AND your manager is able to consistently set you up and nothing goes wrong along the way. And also don't expect to do that every week, you still might have a rough week that comes out

The sign on bonus should be payed out in 3-5 months. The pay after orientation doesn't make business sense. What's to stop someone from just quitting soon as the bonus is in hand. There's a reason it exists the way it does. They tried that in the past and it didn't work the bad actors messed it up for everyone. They literally made a job of ogling the women at orientation then eating the lunch. Staying in hotels and collecting bonus and then on to the next one. No i don't agree with his take on that.
