I feel like most of the questions raised are going to be answered in the series. CX2 and Scorch are probably going to face off against Crosshair and the Batch in the end. We will probably get a hint at the Imperial cloning projects but it is likely not that important for the story itself. The important thing to the Batch is that the clones are being experimented on. Crosshair's issues with his hand stem from trauma. Ventrass doesn't really need to come back. She works as a one off character. And Tech is dead. I feel like the end of the show will be the Batch freeing the clones and then them all probably escaping with the help of Rex and Wolffe. I could see Rex, Wolffe, and Gregor getting another story after this but I could also see them explaining why they stopped fighting in the end of this show as well.

I just hope that Scorch won't die as an easter egg of an old continuity so that Legends fans can point at their screen and yell "THATS SCORCH FROM MY FAVOURITE GAME, REPUBLIC COMMANDO!" because Scorch's position in the Empire right now could be such an interesting concept to explore if he's an important character in this rumoured Clone Rebellion show (I'm 99% sure that's happening considering there's no way the writers can manage to fit Wolffe in the finale). Same. I think CX-2 works better as the thematic antithesis to CF 99: a soldier without a face, any individual characteristics or personality, who follows orders to their bitter end; a loyal servant of the Empire. He is a ghost haunting the clones of their lost past of being valued soldiers by showing what the Empire now wants them to be. It's what Crosshair could have become if he didn't realize how disposable he ultimately was. And Project Necromancer I feel is just another way the Star Wars shows (like Mando S3) have been trying to make Palpatine's reappearance in Episode IX make more sense than it does - they establish that he likely did have a cloning project going on, because of course he'd try to ensure his immortality through any method possible, so now Episode IX doesn't feel like it just made up the plot beat. Doesn't fix everything (it's still dropped out of nowhere), but it's a valiant effort. Edit: Called it.

I agree 100%. So many different story arcs were possible, yet every other episode involves a monster fight that that rarely has any contribution to the plot. I mean seriously, it's a large galaxy and all, but how are we fighting a monster every episode? Unless the finale is 2 hours long or there is another piece of media in the works, this show felt like a tease for so many story lines, but it followed through with none of them. With one episode left, we have to figure out the fates of: Commander Cody, Scorch, Omega, the entire Bad Batch, Gregor, Rex, Project Necromancer, etc. The list goes on and on, which limits the underlying plot of these characters and the entire show. It seems like all of the plot lines in this show have been surface-level fan service. As for Crosshair's tremor, I think that's a result of damage from the toxin Hemlock exposed him to. I mean, Hemlock has a similar issue with his hand, and he said he's immune to the toxin's effects.

I think a lot of your quesition are either already answered, or not relevant enough to the show. CX-2 might just be a clone. Tech might just be dead. He doesn't need to be alive, as much as we want him to be. We know what project necromancy is. The show is just showing the early stages. The show has told us what they are doing. Trying to clone M-count beings. You don't need more info than that. If you are a "casual" viewer, then you probably have watched other Star Wars shows, like the Mandalorian. And they do in depth about cloning Grogu for "Project Necromancy." Crosshair's tremble isn't a question. It shows she still has PTSD from being on Tantiss. It shows that some things you can't just heal from after a few mediation meetings with Omega. Maybe he'll get his big "I've over come this" moment in the finale, but it also isn't bad to show characters still vulnerable to their past. Scorge could just be a nice connection to the game for fans, but if you never heard or played the Commando game, you don't knows who he. He's just a commander on the planet. It's a nice easter egg, and it's kept for consistency. I'm not syging it would be nice to see these questions answered, but as you said, it only has one episode left. The biggest thing will be taking down Tantiss and saving Omega and the other kids. And sadly probably loosing some brothers along the way.

1) CX-2 is likely the same as the rest of the CX troopers…an unknown clone wiped off their identity. Every time there’s been a CX reveal, the results have been the same. 2) Tech is dead (rip brown eyes), and Ventress is getting a spin off show. 3) It’s been repeatedly suggested that Crosshair’s hand tremor stems from the PTSD he developed at Tantiss, hence AZI’s diagnosis that the shaking is not purely physical. 4) Scorch’s background and motivation are inconsequential in the lens of the show. He’s really just there for fan service and that’s honestly fine, but I can understand his fans wanting more. 5)Project Necromancer is clearly connected to Palpatine’s desire for immortality by creating a force sensitive body for him to pass his consciousness to, hence the need to reproduce a viable M-count that can be transferred to whatever creepy Snoke-esque body that’s being designed at Tantiss

My theory is that the Bad Batch will end off with a shocking cliffhanger. Most of the squad (except Echo and Omega) will get captured and become experimental prisoners. Echo and Omega will manage to escape with the rest of squad sacrificing themselves getting captured. Near the end, Hemlock will introduce the Bad Batch to their thought to be dead brother, Tech. This would explain how the Empire created its own version of clone force 99. At the very end, Echo and Omega will meet up with Rex near the end of the episode and Dave Filoni will possibly leave us on a cliffhanger of a upcoming new series about Rex's story. A series about Rex will most likely be the last series to explain everything that happened during the Republic's transition into the Empire. Overall, I think the Bad Batch will end how the Ashoka series ended, with a cliffhanger.

Seemed rather intentional to have them be so close. I wouldn’t say it’s romantic,(even though Star Wars ain’t a stranger to incest but that would be only if Emerie was a true Jango Fett clone which even this far in I’m still not convinced) but something is definitely going on. And many other fans speculate that as well. It would also serve for her character arc to help other clones turn away from the Empire. Not only saving the kids, but also saving the clones. Or at least however many she can save. I don’t see Omega using her Talk No Jutsu on Scorch to redeem him. The Bad Batch would never consider it given how he tried to kill them multiple times. I doubt any of the other clones could do it. Much less someone like Rex(unless it’s revealed that Scorch was the inside man that Rex was talking about). The one question I would like answered though is who CX two is. I doubt they’ll make it tech because that would take too much explanation. But I guess we’ll see. Maybe this will set up a spinoff like rebels did with Asoka. Or clone wars did with this show. I also have a feeling that Omega trying to escape from Tantus has a wider purpose than just us watching her escape again and being bad ass. perhaps it’s a bit like Mando season two where once she escapes, she decides she wants to go off with Ventris or do something on her own? That to be honest, I’d be happy watching her escape with the younglings and the others try and free the other clone prisoners while the Zillow beast reeks havoc. Oh, and of course, Hemlock and rampart probably dying in the process. I think it’s pretty likely that Emmerie and Echo will die and possibly Crosshair, but aside from that it’s anyone’s guess. I find the encounter with the creature filling and a waste. I guess it was thrown in there just to have an action scene and have Rampart get captured.

I do know that Tantiss gets destroyed. then sometime AFTER the night a million tears on Mandalore they build a research lab there, after telling the Galaxy the planet is cursed. And Sidious also has a Medical lab on Exgol, but I don't think he trusted anyone to visit the planet. So, snoke was made on Mandalore.

CX2 might just be another random clone that Crosshair knew from Tantiss. Or we might find out who it is in the next few episodes. Scorch is a secondary character in this series so I think it's fine he isn't fully fleshed out. I could see the vault question being answered in the series but I could also see it being left ambiguous since it's not really the most important aspect of the story. The fact that clones are being experimented on is more important to the Bad Batch. Crosshair's hand shakes as a result of trauma. Ventrass doesn't need to come back. She served her purpose in introducing the force to Omega. As for Tech, he died last season. I don't see why they'd unkill him last minuate.

Can’t fault the short run time of the episodes as such as the action as been great, but I kinda wish things had been combined a bit more to get to the end more quickly. Feels a bit stretched out. I don’t think we’ll get complete closure in the finale. And I feel like I’m going to be disappointed more than elated after the last episode. And I really hope that’s not the case. I hope that May 4th will bring the announcement of the next animated series that further explores the dawn of the rebellion. A Rebels-prequel that can follow other elements that eventually join the alliance. Fingers crossed this then airs in Q4 2024, or Q1 2025. So much to explore. Or even a High Republic animated series to tie in with the books. Lots and lots to enjoy in all phases. But I hope Tales of the Empire isn’t the end of the animation as it’s so beautiful on the eye.

I feel as if the finale will be thoroghly, underwhelming and predictable one. A 20-minute snatch and grab (I think a prolonged finale will have been announced by now - though hopefully I'm wrong) of Omega, something will inevitably go wrong, probably when Omega insists on going back to free other kids and/or clones, and while trapped, shows them the passage way and goes to free the Zillo Beast, which'd break free and go on to destroy Mt. Tantis, allowing the Bad Batch to escape. They've just got so much left to show (breaking into Mt. Tantiss, rescuing Omega, and getting out, and likely showing off the Zillo Beast since that got revealed earlier) in a simple 20 minute episode - I am struggling to see any finale. I am concerned that such a strong season will just end with an underwhelming, typical, almost basic finale, that leaves us with too many important questions still left unanswered.

Honestly they should just extend more episodes to cover the storyline and everything i feel like the ending at episode 15 will not be satisfying enough because we still be getting a cliffhanger on some characters like cody and what will happen to the clones on tantiss.

i think it's quite clear that not everything is going to be answered. the batch will likely be entirely wiped out except for omega. i dont think cx-2 is really anybody of importance, just another clone assassin. i wouldnt even be surprised if hemlock is killed. all the storylines of ventress, scorch, project necromancer, phee and pabu, the force children, rex and howzer and gregor's whereabouts, what happened to cody, what will happen to wolffe. It probably wont be wrapped up by the end of this, there just isn't enough room. My best guess is that the Mandalorian will potentially continue some of the necromancer storyline since it was mentioned in Season 3 before TBB season 3 even came out. As for everything else, I would not be surprised if we end up getting a show following Rex, continuing these plotlines and that show leading to how he, gregor, and wolffe retired on Seelos. I feel very much as this show's final season being more of a set up for these storylines to continue elsewhere, because our main characters will likely not live to see how these continue in universe.

Crosshair's hand, Project necromancer, cody, no clone rebellion as to this point, omega's origins, why are there children in the vault, where does wolfe and rex connect, who the hell is the assassin, what happened to ventress, why is scorch like this, what is the clone assassin program, HOW THE F IS EMERIE A FEMALE CLONE, WHAT IS HER ORIGIN, what are they really trying to do with the zillo beast, etc... so many questions; and only 20 minutes to answer. I hope a great season like this wont be fucked up by the pacing mistakes and short video time episodes on the last 3(including the finale)

0:11 just a random clone/mysterious bad guy like Boba Fett or Phasma.. not everyone needs to be someone we know. 0:14 because it’s his canon version + the inhibitor chip. 0:18 Palpatine's clone bodies. I thought that was obvious. 0:21 anxiety from what he was put through on Tantiss.. didn’t they explain that like 5 different times? 0:24 Tech is dead. Ventress is very likely being set up for another show. Why do people create question that doesn’t need/already have answers?

Project necromant is probably the cloning project of Palpatine. He somwhow needs the midiclorians thats why, I guess. In episode 9, we see palpatine. But it would be weird however to clone someone who doesnt have the same midiclorians like the template. Anyways...

If Palpatine's clone body in Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker has some of Omega's DNA it would probably make Rey biologically related to two of the original Star Wars trilogy's most iconic villains Sheev Palpatine and Boba Fett.

I'm hoping that they make a follow-up show given that the show might not answer everything a follow-up show would make the most sense maybe it could focus on Rex since we still don't know how he ended up where he was in Rebles the show could also explore why Scorch is so loyal and with explaining what the Empire really working on I could also see Clone assassins being involved in it

I'll be perfectly honest, I don't really care if we're left with unanswered questions because that isn't what this series has been about truly. The Bad Batch, especially this third series, has been some of the best Star Wars I think has ever been made. I have loved the character depth and the care taken to the emotional growth and depth of the characters. Note every element or thread of the story needs to explained to me for me to get a very real joy out of the story presented. Most of of the left plot threads have the potential to be answered later, and if they're not that's fine too. That said, there was one thing I was very disappointed we didn't get some more clear story about; Ventress' return. Like, she died. Viking funeral died. Her being back with a little line about still having some lives left like someone had just watched the Puss'n Boots movie was a bit frustrating if only because her death felt so final and narratively earned. It smacked a little of uncomfortable fan-service.

I don't think that Tantiss will be destroyed in Season 3 of the Bad Batch. Thing is, it was destroyed in 9 ABY in the assault on Mount Tantiss by New Republic special units under Luke Skywalker's command, and Season 3 takes place in around 18 BBY.

@night_aviation with how close that would line up between Thrawn returning to the galaxy that wouldn't make too much sense, especially given operation Cinder would have definitely seen Tantis be absolutely obliterated beyond recovery, so I think it makes more sense with the current canon for it to be destroyed as this early, as apparently the cost of Tantis is so high that there would have been no way for the Death Star too be created while Tantis is still operating

I also has a lot of questions. Why Ventress is back? What Sidious saw? What happened to the project? Why it take them so much time to finish it if they were advancing very well? What the Empire is going to do with the clones? Why the recent doubts of the clones is so important? Is an hour going to be enough to answer this? Too many doubts and so little time. Please make a satisfactory ending. I beg you

Theres been so much filler this whole season and like you said instead of it we could have questions answered. For example 6 of the episodes have been irrelevant to the story line. When we saw ventress and fennick the whole episode looked like it was going to be cool but then it turns out 90% of the pepisode was filler. The episodes have followed the same format, something interesting might happen, bad batch encounter a creature and have to deal with it until the remainder of the episode and then the creature is dealt with and the episode ends.

I'm more curious about Echo atm. Has he always just been able to remove the implant on his head? And why hasn't he attached a hand to his scomp link any sooner? These are all things I've wanted to learn more about for a while. As much as I am loving this season, the show's mishandling of Echo has been incredibly difficult to overlook.

Seems like they're following a pattern I've noticed with a lot of Disney Marvel shows. Nothing remarkable happens in the first half of the season; some things happen in the middle; then cram everything within the finale. It sucks but I hope they pull it off with this one. It's been a nice long journey with the batch only to end their story rushed.

My fear: Crosshair's hand issue is because he has sleeper programming that will be "activated" by Hemlock when the time is right and he'll become a "Good Soldier" again. And when activated, he'll kill at least one Bad Batch member. Hints: CX-02's "Why did you activate me?" & med droid's diagnosis of XHair's hand as "psychological block"

I didn't really care much for the Scorch ordeal (I do think he's gonna get more screen time next episode), but I want to know that operative's identity, I NEED to know about Cody's fate, I need to know why Crosshair's hands shake, and I want some more information about Necromancer, even though I can guess it is the explanation for the Rise of Skywalker.
