What if you leave 1/3 natural as a control? That way you can see if the painted area greens up quicker in the spring like some of the paint products claim. Just a thought...

Rye looks good in the winter over the Bermuda grass here in North Florida, but once spring comes the rye holds so much water that it creates fungus issues with the Bermuda grass. Your so right once the rye dyes out from the heat of Summer, the Bermuda is struggling and so much effort and expense is used to bring the Bermuda back to healthy. So now the trend is to just let Bermuda grass be dormant and whatever color it is, well it is that color. Great channel Pete love your info and style

So I'm gonna PREGERMINATE that bluegrass and overseed my backyard with that.. and I'm planting perennial rye on the bermuda. We'll smoke it off in April next year.

@@GCITurf I saw another KZitemr seed TTTF for a new lawn and he used Tenacity in once section and did not use it in another section. The section without Tenacity grew/matured more quickly than the section that was treated with Tenacity. However, the section without Tenacity had more weeds than the other section. Personally, I would avoid Tenacity in a seed/overseed situation unless there is evidence or suspicion of significant weed pressure. I would also avoid Tenacity if I were seeding on an area that is at risk of water erosion so that the seeds root deeply more quickly (and thus reduce the likelihood of being washed away).

Another sentence to watch out from, especially a preacher, “Well, I believe”, or “I think”. Leave immediately. John MacArthur was asked can you still be saved after taking the mark of the beast. He stutters and says YES, and then starts with “Well, I believe”. Well, I believe God’s word, and God says NO, it’s a done deal. You have made your choice and will be in hell fire. I'm not Pete but I would probably try the Acelepryn and see what happens. If you don't want to go that route or prefer a granular there are some out there. Lots of times in the past when I have had grubs I didn't see them until I applied a product to eliminate them. Once rained/watered in they came to the surface and died.
@gregmatson1470

Moles primary food source is earthworms, not grubs. The presence of moles is not a good indicator of a grub infestation. Agree with post above to apply Acelepryn annually as a preventative measure against grub damage, but it won't likely solve your mole problem.

Remember when you convert to e85, particularly with a built motor (assuming you have a built bottom end) and wider ring gaps for boost, you need to change the oil much more frequently due to fuel and water making it through to the oil pan. At least that is what I have been told by engine builders.

The Bible says “Thou shall not kill.” There is no “but killing bad people is ok” after that. This includes people that, say broke into our homes and killed our loved ones. We are told by Jesus directly to “turn the other cheek” and not cause any harm beyond that. If killing is always wrong, then “protecting” our families with guns, or participating in the killing of other country’s military is also a sin. No “buts” about it.

Then He will say to you I never knew you. You get a one way ticket to hell folks. I'm just telling you what Jesus said and He is God.
