2:25 Love that saying. Sometimes I'm told I look stupid (valid) for what I do, but on some days it just clicks. Yesterday I was a tornado and a procrastinator; messy and miserable in the pursuit of my whims. Before I went to bed, I grinded through what I could of winding down. I woke up, usually the first thing I do is walk, but I am immediately faced by clean up. Twenty minutes, a few less calories burned, I'm stoic about it and I don't track anyways. Again, love that saying. So many good things have worked out today. Usually I accumulate a lot of ridicule, but I'm seeing myself relaxed and in a clean-cut (even if slow feeling) flow state.

And also I suggest "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg as well. But as @leeinspace mentioned, "Atomic Habits" is far better for starting. Because it is more motivational.

@@aishityadav Addiction arises from excessive pressure and stress, or inadequate tolerance. Overcome it by increasing resilience and engaging in enjoyable activities, such as watching KZitem videos that activate dopamine release. I suggest watching food and travel vlogs, socializing, enjoying favorite foods, and more. Minimize excessive gaming, fapping, movie-watching, story-reading, and other unproductive habits to avoid dullness. Balance by including activities like hitting the gym, studying, and nutritious eating for increased well-being and appreciation of entertainment.
