Recipe:
- flour 500g.
- warm milk 300 gr.
- egg 1 pc. warm (take out of the refrigerator in advance)
- yeast 6 gr. (2 heaped tsp)
- sugar 60 gr. (of which 25 g vanilla)
- warm butter 100 gr.
- salt 1/2 tsp.
Filling:
- butter 100 gr.
- sugar 120 gr. (from 120 g. 30 g. vanilla sugar)
- ground cinnamon 15 gr.
Fill:
- mascarpone 225 gr.
- powdered sugar or very fine sugar 50 g.
- warm milk 40 gr.
Bake at 190 degrees. top bottom 25-30 minutes.
