The bus stop was between 15 and 25 miles from school. Elementary school was much closer than my high school. My daughter gets upset about having to walk a block...and I feel like trying to explain what I had to do as a kid...but she would never believe me. There was a massive hill that I started my walk on. There was a smaller hill halfway to the bus stop. So I litterally had to walk up a hill to and from school. I lived in a desert. So sub freezing in the winter and over 100° in the summer. The real speed run route is actually running the route from the cross on the hill outside of goodsprings across the railroad and then using the stealth boy you found in the quanza hut you sneak across the right border wall hills path on the face of black mountain until you get to outskirts of southern Vegas metro area. Drop some armor on a legde near the exterior of the metro and you can jump your way up the monorail and onto the platform outside the airport. Then it's just taking the tram to vegas and comfronting Benny at The Tops. Shaving off miles.
