That woman doesn't realize that recorded words matter. The threat followed by slashed tires got her convicted whether she did it or not. Then in the hall she brazenly said she would do way more than just slash tires. Sounded like a threat to me, and if the plaintiff has any kind of problem, house fire, assault, even murder, the police will look at this and mark her as suspect #1. Words can have consequences.
