It looks like a nice course dinner, but the Uni had me scratching my head. The colors were all over the place and not very uniform, looking like they ranged from Grade A to Grade C (vana). It should all be a very bright yellow/gold to have the best sweet taste and firmest texture. But the quality was very varied. But I guess in the end is how you enjoyed it, and it seemed like you did, which is ultimately what matters.
