All weight lost is probably due to loss of water weight due to low carb content. Obviously shouldn't be sustained for longer time spans.

Dropping calories to this extent (2500 to 1000)is unhealthy and unsustainable. It will wreck your metabolism as well. Your TDEE would be close 2000-2200, and dropping directly to 1000 is too much shock for your body. Weight loss would be more water weight and not fat loss.

I have tried this diet 4 times in a year expand.The first time i lost 11lbs,the second time i lost 5 lbs,the third time i lost 6lbs during this 3 times i didn't workout and only drank green tea about 3 liters and the four time i only lost 6 lbs this time i did 20-25 minutes of treadmill so i am guessing the first time u will lose the weight due to the fact of poor health

Kabhi kabhi main 14 hours ka fasting bhi rakhtaa hu .So plz recommend me give me right path it's urgent. Meri age 20 years old hai aur main ek students hu . So iske according chahta hu.

Would be better if you also let us know about other details when you are trying some diet. Like how did you feel throughout the day? Were you low on energy? Were you constipated? The important thing is that when I started eating normal food my weight started increasing and become same as when I start the diet by the way you have to do workout even within the particular time period and this may be made for winter because lots of things not available in the summer even nor can eat. So we have to follow the workout for 3 DAYS and then switch to Indian diet plan for 4 DAYS

i think its not an indian military diet ,it might be western military diet which they usually follow in monthly basis.....

thats all water weight that happens due to low carbs.it gonna come back on normal eating

Hi. This was first time I'm watching ur vedio...I find it very interesting... In ur diet 2nd day did u boiled the beans ? Or its raw beans.. And also want to ask can we skip the ice cream ..
