Ingredients (for 1 or 2 persons)
20g dried sardines
kelp
450ml water
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce (if you have kaeshi, you can use that too)
black pepper
1 egg of noodles
Recipe
Fill a pot with 450 ml of water, add the dried shiitake and kelp with the head and guts removed, and let sit for 30 minutes.
Put 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce in a bowl.
Bring the soup to a boil. Remove any scum and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Strain the soup into a bowl and add the noodles. Sprinkle with black pepper to finish.
