I just did your "slim butt, thighs...." workout. I'm needing a kick start to get back into my daily exercise habit and was surprised that I was breathless after those few minutes. It will also help correct my balance challenges at 73. Now that I've found this video I will add that to my routine. THANK YOU for a simplified and direct way to get going again!

Well start by drinking water so every time u are thirsty get water and start off doing these exercises she is doing and also start going for walks and the weight will start coming off! Oh and also put I cup of water in a cup and add 1/2teaspoon apple cider vinegar and a lil bit of honey for sweetener if u need and u can add teaspoon of cinnamon as well too and drink this stuff first thing in the morning and again at bedtime and this aids in weight loss and has healthy benefits too like lowering sugar levels so try this for 30 days and I guarantee u will loose weight! Good luck!✨
