Use the oil which seeds are grown in your region. Ex- North- Mustard, Central- Groundnut, South- Coconut.

Just replace one of your meal with entirely leafy greens and Cruciferous veggies like cabbage, celery, kale, Romain Lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, daikon, green beans and lugumes and avocado.... Your daily potassium requirements will be met.
