I’ve Been Suffering from breathing issues all my life. This podcast literally explains everything Ive been experiencing since a kid. Im 20 now and my only issues now is nasal breathing, luckily my jaw didn’t recede from mouth breathing. This Is great information for my future kids.

Been trying to convince my dad about this topic, told him I thought a pallet expander was what I needed. James Nestor recommends it and did it at like age 40. Always struggled with breathing problems and the problems she described her kid had growing up. My girlfriend had a pallet expander growing up and her jaw is huge. Not sure if I can be the best person I can be because of the way I grew up and look…

I’m sure you still can improve. James Nestor did say he gained about 5 Pennie’s worth of bone in his face. The volume of the bone can change along with facial workout. Like hard chewing and such

Myospots are a lozenge product that can help with training your tongue to stay in the right position. As i understand it, you hold the lozenge against the roof of your mouth with your tongue and they take about an hour to dissolve.

Kids only eat mushy foods their whole life. Im a school teacher and they only eat soft items. No reason to use their teeth or jaw. The fact that this professional doesn’t see a connection between the foods that kids are eating their jaw development is concerning. It’s like someone saying knee, hip, and back pain are not caused by modern shoe monstrosities. Barefoot creates strong feet and eating real foods ensures proper jaw development. We need to get back to our basic human fundamentals to achieve our best form. Modern commercialization of products is ruining the human form.

I mean, it kinda is. Doesn't show body composition, but for example a BMI of over 35 is unhealthy, muscle or fat.
