So perplexed by this movement. Its the only move that I can regain core stability with in a few days. I plateau at a certain point. Without the low oblique sit (right side) my core falls apart-10 year battle with it.

Was first taught this exercise at a PT in San Diego years ago. Rintala was somehow affiliated.
