Hello Jim...I am a brand new subscriber and this is the first video I am watching. I turn 62 next month and decided to get back into best shape possible as an older man. I was always in good shape but have not worked out in 3 years. I was in a restaurant last night and the bartender was ripped and I started asking him questions about working out and he responded by handing me a napkin with your name on it and said this man is the most knowledgeable person on YT and will teach you everything you need to know so don't waste time watching any other channels so here I am. First thing I am doing is quitting drinking because I know I am an alcoholic and badly damaging my body and at same time changing my eating habits because we all have to eat to eat so might as well put the best food in your body. But I have no idea where to even begin as far as an exercise routine goes and you have so many videos to watch. I know you advocate a full body workout. Is there a specific video you recommend I start watching first? My incentive for getting back in shape is I am buying a 727 lb Harley for my 62 birthday next month but before I buy the bike I need to increase my entire body strength to comfortably handle a heavy Harley. I sure hope it's easy for an old man to gain muscle and get rid of my body fat as I have done that before. Plus cutting out all the excess sugar from alcohol will drop my calorie intake by 1000 calories a day. I was thinking about going vegan for 90 days which I did in the past and never felt healthier in my life. Or possibly do a 10 day juice fast to quick start my fat loss and start detoxing my body from all the poison I have put in it. The added benefit of fasting besides the health benefits is you drop about a lb a day during a fast and as you load your body up with fresh organic juices. I also realize there is slight muscle loss as well but that's fine compared to how healthy I always feel . I am 5' 7.5" and weigh 140 lbs and want to be back at 130 lbs. I have a very lean body and at my current weight I have a beer belly and want my abs back. I would love to add 10 lbs of muscle but not sure if it's possible for an older man. I do realize that during fasting strenuous exercise is not advisable but light weights and easy cardio like a 3 mile hike or getting on my bicycle is fine. So curious about your thoughts going vegan for 90 days or at a minimum jump start my detox with a 10 day juice cleanse. Thanks in advance for any advice and I apologize for the long comment but I am so stoked to quit drinking and 100% committed to getting back into the best shape possible for a soon-to-be 62 year old man. I am so committed to change that if I find that stopping alcohol is too much to do on my own, I already called the VA and they will cover a 30 day inpatient treatment center. I will do whatever is needed to regain my health and get back into best shape possible. I take this seriously. Stay healthy my friend 🙏

Dr. Jim I have been taking your products for years. Would love to do one of your 12 week plans and post it and the results online. I intend to do a Cut next. I am M-33-6’3- 250 lbs. I’d be honored to work with the brand.
