Pakistan. It is possible that the machinery was forcibly sold to India in the first part of the 20 th century, along with steam engines. That was British Colonialism for you. Nice to see these guys making such skilful use of the machines. 😊😊

Yep 30 kilo shaft held up with an old fan belt, and everyone wearing sandals, what could possibly go wrong, the owners of this workshop need to look after their people a lot better.
