Love your channel. Even when I disagree with something you post. You stay true to what you think a product is. You're one of the few channels to actually say something is not good. I'm a fan no matter what scale you're reviewing.

Ever since the early 1980's, I've dallied on and off, in every single type of modeling on land, sea, and air (with exceptions for warships and submarines). After watching one of my disc golfing friends pull out this dinky 24th scale crawler and tackle some terrain, I realized, I haven't crawled before. So i broke down and bought the AX24. For about 2 weeks now, I've been conquering stones and roots in my front yard and drooling over all the aftermarket parts and upgrades online. After watching a serious amount of rc videos (yours too. Nice content. I subbed), I've learned 2 things. 1, rc crawling is fun as hell, & 2) it's going to take me forever and a day to upgrade my crawler. lol.. Keep up the good work.

Take this tip from a longtime 24th scale crawler tinkerer. Buy at least one extra car that you don't really upgrade. As in, maybe throw on some new wheels and tires, and a bolt in, direct swap motor. That way, you'll have something that at least runs when your crazy upgraded beast is in 30 pieces in the middle of an upgrade. I do this so I always have something to run when my kids want to "play with our cars, dad!"

No nonsense 24th reviews, builds and how-to's are why I'm here! It's a bit masochistic, as it's ridiculously $$$ to get aftermarket stuff shipped up here. But, hey, dare to dream!

I just built up the titanium Bettle chassis and even though I haven't had a ton of time on the rocks with it yet I am very impressed by this little rig. It just seems to cling to the rocks. I'm running high clearance links too and I ended up flipping the front ones upside down to avoid the binding. I'm running 65mm tires and so far I haven't had any issues with those links hanging up. I don't mind the stock servo set up but I really like how your lay down set up pulls the steering linkage in a little bit. Also I like that you kept all of your electronics and battery on the lower level. I haven't figured that one out yet. Thanks for the great content!!

I have thoroughly tested the 3f9 rear link riser and with factory front link positions, it makes everything worse. You will have to move the front of the rear upper links higher to get the upper link flat in order for it to do anything beneficial. Nice idea, but makes things worse.

As far as 1/24 has come, I feel like no one is really showing the full potential of a real 1/24 rock bouncer. FCX and Furitek make it possible, but no one is doing the loose dirt and rock mixed hill bouncing like the 1/10s or full scale events. I think it's a fun and under represented thing that more people would support if they knew about it.

These credit card crawlers are not really a TRX4M or a SCX24 anymore.... I figure the TRX4M was made for less than $50 in China. Many have dumped over $700 into it and nothing remains that came in the box.
