Why is she reading his past charges? Alot of them was dismissed which means he is not guilty.

to imply he's lying to get charges reduced or had a deal with the state

Why are they not objecting to that. His records doesn't matter. Especially if they're old. Yet they're allowing him to be interrogated. Wow that's crazy to me. What is her point. Did he get offered a deal. If not sit down shut up.

That cop killed more than one girl, this is just the one they found and a lot of that is thanks to the girls best friend, another child.

Defense attorneys get a bad rap but they are necessary. If you are accusing someone of something then they have a right to defend themselves. One thing about this guy she is showing this guy has a record too. It's up to the jury to decide whether he is credible or not. I get mad at them myself but they are necessary.

Despite Him being an Aryan Brotherhood White Supremacist Gang Member, He most likely left that part of his life behind him since he was Functioning with a Black inmate as well as former Law Enforcement. But none of this Gentleman’s life Choices have ANYTHING to do with the Sick Individual he’s testifying against!! Just sucks it has to be him to do it because he’s catching a lot of flack about his own life as if he’s the one that killed that Baby Girl.
