Just think a few issues should highlighted to those thinking of doing the same. 1) The new length of soil pipe should be accessed for rodding. Using a bend with rod access would have easily made that possible. 2) Burying water pipe connectors should always be avoided, especially plastic push fit 3) Push fit elbow fitting under the slab isn't a good idea, they can and do fail which means the floor coming up again 4) Building control must be involved with change of use of room in this way, and they must see evidence of correct construction including fall.

Good job but a bit of constructive criticism you should bury the push fit fittings underfloor as you can't get to them if in the future they leak you should of pushed them full lengths to above floor level in a conduit say flexible corrugated stuff used on under floor heating cheap as chips from toolstation screwfix etc and saves hassle in future.

Nice solution. Saniflos are shite. You need some rodding/access on the base of the stack and the 4 inch bend. The branch pipe looks like it could be over the maximum permitted length; 6 meters I believe for 4 inch. If you sleeve the hot and cold pipe work it's then removable and gets you around the water regs, I'd insulate swell - you don't want the hot water warming the cold water or you have a potential for pathogens. If your adding a toilet part G says you need a wash basin too. Theres some chat about door ways and ventilation as well. Just a little nod from a plumber to a builder, I'm sure you've got covered though.

If you ever bury water pipework in a screed, hot or cold, and it is not easily or readily accessible by removing the surface covering it must be ducted with no fittings. Last thing the homeowner will want is that speedfit elbow to be leaking in the floor. You can get pipe-in-pipe for this purpose, if it's not in a chase etc. Water Regs cover all this, the amount of leaks I've been to where a builder did the plumbing, to a kitchen island or wherever the last 10yrs is unreal. So are the prices to cure usually.

I've also a metal soil pipe but theres a small hole where its corroded a little bit right where its going into the ground at the bottom, so i'm thinking i could use a plastic piece like what you've done there to repair the bottom section instead of a complete new plastic soil pipe.

But drilling rebar into existing concrete would help to strengthen it again, if like this property it has footings then no it’s a box on footings what’s in the middle (as long as it’s not a supporting wall) has no structural purpose. I believe that’s how it is, I’m sure someone will say different.
