S1E16 - I drill, tap and install 1/4-20 x 3/8" Stainless Steel Socket Cap Screws into the aluminum head of my potters wheel. It was easy, after making a template from one of my plywood bats (see related video linked below).
Now, I can throw pots and then remove the bat & pot at the same time without fear of finger indents or distortion.
