Krrish Gosar They will only help you lose a bit of belly fat, they will just make the abs more strong and won't show if you still have the belly fat theere. To be more effective, mix this exercise ( along with his lower ab, middle ab, back and oblique ) with his Tabata cardio workout, i just started it and i may be on the right track. :)

As a gymnast I found this super affective, my coach said I have to improve my core, but after doing this set workout almost everyday for 2 weeks me and my coach have definitely found little improvements here and there so thank you so much!

Try not to strain your neck as much, over time you will strengthen the neck. Keep your head as stationary as possible!

I have had a six pack but this has helped me get through the that top layer because my upper abs where the least to stand out now that I have Ben doing this my abs look spot on

been doing a variation of this every night I just add in planks sometimes and plank crunches and increase and decrease times but add on different ones for about 6 mins my abs are so much more defined now thx

Hey man, you’re absolutely right that you get better over time. When I first started 12 days ago I could only do about 10 of each with quite a bit of rest time. Now I’m up to about 15 of each with less rest. Getting better over time! Quick question though - is it better to do each sit-up slowly or to use bursts of power and do each movement more quickly?

Julian Gonzalez A combination of diet, cardio, and strength training will be the key to drop unwanted pounds. Unfortunately there hasn't been a way to target fat loss to a specific area that has been discovered yet. The best thing you can do is build a solid set of abs, so when you diet down and lose a few pounds... They will start to show!

I'm wanting to do a lower ab workout in the morning, and then a upper ab workout in the late afternoon like this but I'm going to be expanding the time to 10mins. How many days a week would you suggest I should do it? Since I want to make prioty for other muscle groups throughout the week, I'm wanting to do abs at the least I can, but with the best results.
