I don't think you need your arms extended getting shoulder involvement for the rollers. That one can be done with the arms down.

So I’ve been trying to keep track of my workouts. (Friday-Chest/Abs Monday-Off Tuesday-etc..) But I keep forgetting to do them. Is there a way I can remind myself to do them ? Is there an app or anything you can recommend? Thanks

the way I track my workouts is the notes in my phone. I know exactly what I'm doing before I walk into the gym and know what I did last time to set the tone for this time. Very easy to track workouts that way and hold yourself accountable. For a reminder, if you mean just to remind yourself to workout, maybe set an alarm? hope this helps!

I have had these for several weeks kzitem.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I recommend doing this workout and then straight up going to forearm bodyweight 5 minute 10 minutes of hell then going for legs after legs your forearms should be healthy to continue then go to arms chest abs back good night

Before, i only used handgrippers to work my forearms, cos i didn't really know any exercise to work my forearms except wrist curls lol. But after i found this video, i always make sure i work these exercises in my arm days haha thanks for the videos man.. Keep it up 👍

Greatest Ever Yeah I'm doing more sets and recently I just started working out with heavier dumbells. Guys in their teenage years tend to grow so yeah you can build muscle but the thing is you have to adapt to eating more and working out more which sucks

Anabolic Aliens that would be great And recently i heard that crunches and sit ups are really bad for spine and can cause compression As you know i am still a teen, so should I exclude all crunches and sit-ups from ab sets ? I aint doing them until your reply

Crunches and sit ups are very standard. That being said, I think there are many variations that are better for building abs than just standard crunches and situps. If you have a spine issue, then you'd want to avoid doing them because you are flexing the spine to engage the abs. But that's with the majority of abdominal exercises. The reasoning behind why anyone would argue crunches and situps can cause compression would mean that they are arguing any exercise that involves spinal flexion so basically bending forward is bad for you. That's false. Keep proper form, make sure your neck is aligned, and you will not have any problems.

The wrist is a bone... I guess eat more calcium 😅 but if you have muscular forearms then they'll occupy the whole area up until your wrist so just make your forearms bigger

I'm 57 years old. You guys have helped me get back to a place where I didn't think I could get again at my age.All of this with low weights . I think my max has been 180 on the becnh. And no more than 60 on the triceps. And dumbbells. Not finished yet I've got a long way to go. Thanks again. This particular workout is killing my forearms by the way lol

No one trains forearms anymore... they get so much collateral resistance from doing curls, rows, presses, triceps push downs, you either have genetic predisposition to have decent forearms or you don't. Don't waste your time. They will take care of them selves. Ask a pro.

hey im an teenage ectomorph so do i have to do more of these exercises per day than other endomorphs/ mesomorphs to stay on the same level as them? i hate being an ectomorph its really annoying help

No, you're training frequency doesn't necessarily change because you're an ectomorph. It more often comes down to you need a higher caloric diet in order to build the mass you're looking to build! Try eating in a caloric surplus. if you're trying to lose weight/fat, the cardio fat burning workouts will significantly help you. You can still do the other types of workouts as well to build more muscle. your regimen is very dependent on your goals!

bulking relates much more to the diet. If you're trying to add mass then you need to eat in a caloric surplus. You can gain muscle with the intense workouts as well as what you're referring to as normal workouts. just keep in mind it'll come more down to calories in vs calories out for gaining that overall mass!
