love how you jumped right into this no bs. I've been having a fair amount of pain in my left mid to upper trap from muscle deterioration from sitting at a desk, I've been seeing a physiotherapist for a bit and they gave me some exercises, honestly, they didn't help me as much as this video did, I feel almost an instant aleviation of the pain and overall muscle increase in my traps. thanks guys

That's great! Maybe all they needed was some blood flow! Make sure to stretch after pumping them up with this workout!

well it's the upper neck muscles being stretched too far forward. my physiotherapist gave me stretched which have helped loosen it up a bit, but that didn't help build up the traps. After doing this sure it's a bit sore, but the good kind of sore you get when you know your muscles are working and growing. Thanks guys!

Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. kzitem.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

If you actually mean neck and not the surrounding muscles, I've honestly never actually specifically done a "neck" exercise .. I can try to put something together but definitely would want to get a more experience myself before recommending anything!

I love that I can do one of your body part workouts as soon as I get to the gym rather than wonder around killing time deciding what I want to do. If I want I can always do another 2 or 2 exercises but can move on to cardio. Great job.

Did it work out for you? Too bad traps are NOT a ballistic exercise. It might get you pumped, but does little for hypertrophy. Just keep that in mind.

AA Rocks man ! I just love it . I'm a beginner and just started . I have few concerns abt my routeen that m I doing right or not .. I follow dis routeen . Monday - chest / shoulder , 5-5 min each mrng and evng . Tuesday - Biceps / triceps .. 5-5 min each mrng and evng . Wednesday - trap / forearms .. 5-5 min each mrng and evng . Thursday - Chest / shoulder 5-5 min each mrng and evng . Friday - Biceps / triceps .. 5-5 min each mrng and evng . Saturday - Trap / forearms 5-5 min each mrng and evng . Sunday - Rest . Am I doing good by following my routeen ? Or shud I change .. I'm doing with light weight now . I do warmup every day before ur 5 min intense dumbbell workout and I do light abs workout too every morning . Just wanna to know abt ur opinion abt my routeen and welcome for ur suggestions . Dude in the middle kept dipping hjs head down instead of keeping it straight on the upright rows. Good form is more important than number of reps. Try to keep the head straight. I used to do that alot too when I first started.

Just so y’all know please don’t go for speed, your muscles work way more if you have slow and steady reps and going for speed you are more likely to get hurt

I only fallow this guys workout now. I’ve really tried everything and had no growth. For the last month I have been doing 2 of each specific muscle workout every day and no joke my biceps are actually bigger then my fist. I went from having NOOOOOO muscle. For real at all on my arms. I could barely do 5lb curls. Now I’m doing 15lb in just 3 weeks. Thank you so much for your videos. I finally am starting to not hate my appearance
