Okay, so nowadays I got quite into Pilates since I find it as a great alternative for make my workout regime more versatile.. In this situation I can't go to any Pilates studio and honestly I don't even know if there is any near by, but because of you I guess I won't even need it :) Most of the videos I found online were way too short or just not my style. Then I accidentally came across your channel and girl your workouts are just fantastic! Although I still can't do them properly, because my body is used to whole different moves plus I'm quite stiff, but I'm determined to do your workouts regularly and build them into my workout regime :) My favorites are the one-hour long ones, I guess I love torture myself 😂 So to sum it all, it was the best thing that I crossed your channel and I definitely gonna come back again and again! Thank you so much for your work ❤️

Hello,Hannah,just finished this workout and felt great, thanks for your great video! But there is a little suggestion, Could you add some breaking time for water, I know I can pause it but I don't want to do that lol. If you can add water time into those videos, then we can follow your movement without a pause! Like a real studio!
