Hey man thanks for the compliment. So I set my rig on 110 amp I use a foot pedal you obviously don’t need 110 for that but thin of aluminum but I like to have the power there for tacking. Balance is usually set on 75 if the aluminum is really clean. I use layzr tungsten 3/32 Size 14 gas lens Argon set at 40cfh

Try a small standard cup. Size 4-6 non gas collet. My favorite is white 3/32 tungsten with 5356 filler for aluminum. If you only have green and 4043 its fine. Also you can turn the gas way down to like 15 cfh. Took me a while to get the settings too.
