Intermittent fasting सूयोर्दय से शाम तक कब कब और कितना और क्या खाना है ये भी बताइए सौरभ प्लीज़। मेरी उम्र 72 वर्ष है। मैं अपना काम ,खाना बनाना व घर संभालने का काम स्वयं करती हूँ। सुबह शाम आधा आधा घण्टा वॉक भी करती हूँ।व प्रातः प्राणायाम व सहज सा योगाभ्यास। आप बहुत अच्छा सिखाते हैं। 10 दिनों का योगाभ्यास आप से जून में सीखा!

9.26 pm . I did intermittent fasting for 3 years. Lost 7 kgs. Reduced my tablets from 1000mg to 500 mg per day. Just two weeks back i was daigonised of Hpyroli - Gerd and now I am on Antacid for 20 days and then will be on antibiotics. I have to have small meals now. The acid reflux was too much.

Absolutely Nice vedio on intermittent fasting. Even my concepts got cleared that you should eat between sunrise and sunset. I used to say my patients that you should eat more vegetables,salads and Dal what should non-vegetarian should eat with there food lots of salads and my advice to restric as much non-veg food and eat veg food. Vegetarian are more healthier than non-Vegetarian and you should start yoga as soon as possible,there is no age restrictions. Never do gym 🏋️♀️,yoga keep you mentally cool physically fit Thanks

Thank you Saurabh for the information. I have a query. I am obese and trying to lose weight. I am 50 years (female). I have breakfast at 9 am and lunch at 2.30 pm. No food after this. That's 18 hours of fasting. I have been following this for two months. Honestly, never cheated 🙂. I don't go overboard during the eating window. But No visible results as yet. Of course I don't know what is happening internally ! Am i going wrong somewhere ?
