I want to just sit and talk with Brit. So many interesting conversations would be had. The Brit/Zal/Mike combos are my favorite modern story tellers for sure for exactly the reason Steve was talking about; Taking their fascination with a philosophy and turning it into something you have to explore within yourself. I hope they never stop.

The intelligence in this interview is just so enjoyable to watch. I watched "The East" today and it literally grabbed me and chained me to the couch as I couldn't detach myself from watching it and will forever be influenced by it. I for now can't fully relate to its choice for the story but the ultimate message and artistic approach put me on a train of reading articles and watching interviews with just everyone involved with the writing, acting, and production of a very intriguing line of work that stems from the likes of Brit Marling, Zal Batmanglij, and Mike Cahill amongst others. I simply thank you for becoming an extension and representation of our universe in a way that truly connected with me today. Great job.

I just wanted them to continue talking! I was enthralled! Curious, have you seen The OA on Netflix? Your comment was posted a year ago, and I wonder if you have seen the show. Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij both contribute to it.
