B.A.C. variable: If I draw 2 tubes (using 4ml tubes)from the same (slightly intoxicated) person and one tube contains 3.5ml and the other tube contains 1ml, and run them both through the GC, what quantitative differences in ethanol results would I get>?

as long as the volume of sample is taken into consideration, the concentration of alcohol would be the same. one mL of sample has the same concentration (%) as 5 mL or 10 mL from the same person. the actual amount (mg or mL) of ethanol would be different from varying amounts, but concentration does not change.
