Oh WOW.... of course I love the tapestry one! I'm working on a mosaic blanket CAL right now so I can do it but I've never done tapestry crochet before 😯 Guess it might be time to give it a go. Thank you for this stunning design! I'd love to do a mountain and snow theme but I'm not good with colour so.... mmmm🤔 Is there a pattern we need to purchase?

You can get the weekly patterns free from daisyknots mosaic community on FB between 28 Oct and 2 Dec and for the duration of the CAL you can also purchase the complete pattern for half price. After this time it will revert to a paid full price pattern. Look forward to seeing whatever colours you decide to work with. xx

Hi Moira, nice to put a face to the name. I contacted you a good few weeks ago about mosaic, you were right, once I got hand of mosaic it was so easy! since then I have just became obsessed with mosaic, and have even managed to turn patterns or designs(just images not knitting patterns)into mosaic . I am doing a single bed blanket, more than halfway, I have done the split colours like you have done in part of the blanket you are showing with the bright colours. Thanks Moira, Sandra

@@daisyknots Thanks Moira. I did come across the Apache tears blanket 7 years ago!! Whenever I seen you had to change and cut yarn at end of every row, that put me off! I never really looked at it in detail back then. Mosaic has really taken off, it’s in designs in homeware, bedding, etcI think I see mosaic in everything lol better late than never. I have done tapestry and intarsia crochet, mosaic looks harder, but easier than other two.The design part is only for me, I had to do a crash course in Excel, and I am using an iPad , not the easiest way to do charts, but I persevered. I would rather be making, but who knows. Loving the blankets you are showing, I will wait until pattern is released to purchase(I’m not on Facebook) wishing you continued success Moira.
