There are definitely things to help grow your hair. This method is definitely one of them! It does work, I just don’t do it often enough because it’s boring to do. :-)

Definitely! Just make sure you focus directly on your scalp to not cause breakage 💖

I tried this a million years ago, and ung upside down for the whole song of Todrick Hall's 4Beyoncé. I need a length check shirt!! I'm just focused on hair health right now. She grows every day, but she's my baby, so we gon make sure she's big and strong first. 💕

Hey! In the start of the video I held my head upside down for 1 minute and noticed little results, so by the end I put my head upside down for 4-5 minutes . But remember to stop if you get dizzy, thanks for watching!!

U 1st correct your hair texture.. and give treatment to others...

Considering my hair grew from my scalp it is correct. I show my hair in all different stages from when it needs a wash, to it being dry or moisturized, stretched or not, and each stage is real, valid, and beautiful. The inversion method is great, and you can never go wrong with moisturizing your hair/scalp, you should really give it a try! Thanks for watching, stay blessed!

@@nehashashi9661 YOU came to this video to "correct your hair" so mind your words!... Don't watch hair tutorials if their hair isn't similar to your own. There are plenty of South Asian Hair Care KZitemrs everywhere. I'm sorry you got lost and found this side of KZitem.
