I think maybe bc they showed lewis henry douglass who wad a black american soldier during the civil war, ive researched it to see if he really was involved in slave trade but couldnt find a thing so it seems they may have cut it shoet in order to not spread misinformation 🤔 edit : i think its not the same hwnry douglass , but there are more pwople named as henry douglass

I can count on one hand the amount of “haunted” places ive been to. Missouri State Penn easily takes the cake for me. I personally witnessed light switches flip on to the On position, and lightbulb cords swirl in a constant circle pattern in the basements with little to no air circulation. Wicked rad stuff IMO

My favorite thing to do in "hauted" houses is to find the room with the most obvious infrasound in it. You'd be surprised just how often you can find one.

Howdy!! GA resident and frequent Savannah visitor here! I’ve been to the Sorrel-Weed House a few times, including on one of their night tours. Just stepping foot onto that property fills me with so much anxiety that I’m on the verge of breaking down. That basement is genuinely the scariest place I’ve ever stepped foot in, even during the day. One of my friends even got scratched down there by something. So cool to see you guys cover somewhere I’ve been! Hope you enjoyed Savannah :)

I’m on the northwest side of Georgia but I’ve always wanted to go down to Savannah and visit this house! I’m a sensitive person spiritually so it makes me curious to know what the energy feels like in that house, but it also fills me with a little bit of apprehension and I’m kind of scared 😂

I went on holiday with my mom to Savannah last year, and we went on one of these spooky tours that they do year round. We went in the evening, as the sun was setting (we weren't given any ghost-investigating equipment or anything). Idk if it was this house or a different one, they look very similar and I didn't catch the name, but based on the photos, I believe it is the same house. I didn't experience anything extremely scary, but when I passed by the kid's room, I felt like I was being stared at, constantly, until I walked away, and didn't experience it near or in any other room, not even the room full of dolls lmao. I also had a blessed Christian religious item (Orthodox icon) in my pocket, and every time I touched it, my hand ached (until we left the house). And, as we were walking thru the dining room, I saw a weird visage in the corner of the room, like heat on concrete in summer. And in one of the supposedly haunted warehouses we went into, something poked my arm (no one and nothing was behind me).

Good video, but you guys kept misusing the word suffrage. Suffrage means the right to vote, not suffering. Haha

You know whats funny I went to collage down in Savannah Georgia and even got to go into the Sorrel Weed House but it wasn't for a ghost tour. It was for an architecture class I had. The house itself is very specific to the type of people who lived and created Savannah, made up of materials and panted a certain way. It is a time causal.

Really enjoy your videos, but my man, you really need to look up the definition of the word "suffrage". Unless these people are really concerned about women voting.

The most interesting "haunted place" I've ever been was a "haunted lighthouse" on the Oregon coast. When i was young, maybe 7-8? Supposedly a woman was murdered there. They recreated blood trails going up the stairs to a piano that will play itself. They even had a old VHS 📼 playing in the basement that was a recreation of the crime. I remember it creeping me out but equally interesting me. Since i was young the creepiness got to me more. *They don't have the lighthouse setup as a eerie experience anymore because times have changed but i wish things like that were still around. It made things interesting even if it was just for fun or scared others. We shouldn't have gotten rid of or changed things. It's obscure stuff like that, that used to give so many different things character around here but times have changed.

I'm pretty sure that's the wrong Henry Douglass, Frederick Douglass was born in 1818. His eldest son Lewis Henry Douglass was born in 1840. Edit: also i doubt Henry who hadn't been born yet to his abolitionist father and would later serve in the union army was a part of the slave trade
