This is a modern documentary on the infamous iron crotch technique, also known as iron eggs, iron balls or 鐵蛋功!
Everything was done for fun and no monetary gains were made. We noticed that there are no modern documentaries on iron crotch training. Usually videos are already of masters who showoff their ability to take the crazy shots to the nuts with a variety of objects such as bricks or battering rams. However, nobody ever talks about how the training really starts. The purpose of our experiment over this 2 month period is to determine if the standard formula of simple and steady conditioning can help a person develop this skill. With muscles and bones in normal martial arts training, this is the way to go. But with the crotch this is questionable.
The training will consist of the simple rule of light intensity work with more reps and sets all the way to hard intensity work with less reps and sets. As the conditioning improves, power is increased and we switch to hits with harder objects.
At the end of the training period is the Casino Royale Challenge which re-enacts the famous torture scene from the movie in which James bond is hit the nuts with a knotted rope. We all know James Bond survives and keeps his password but enters a coma, but had he undergone this training, could he have both kept the password and escape uninjured?
Again, this is not traditional training, but this is our modern attempt at as smart a training as possible doing such a stupid thing :P
