Great info, isometric strength exercises are a great way to individually strengthen the muscles that surround the joints, without a stronger limb taking the strain. Worked for me.

Knees over toe guy is excellent. Made me want to buy an M1 sled to bulletproof the knees,

I’ve not looked into the sled, I’ve not seen how much he programs in multi directional?
