Your skating is a pleasure to watch, as is your demeanor. I aspire to be as good at this as you. Please keep sharing your joy. I just started skating Andy Anderson's 8.5" shape. I really like it and fit eels more like 8.25 as it is narrow in the middle.

@@SkateCrisis Haha I really feel you Mate, I will rediscover long forgotten muscles. 🤣 But my biggest challenge will be the "sizes" Trucks, including wheels and screws, in relation to the deck, so that I can get well into the Primo (Rodney Mullen Style) ^^ Any standard values?
@SkateCrisis
3 жыл бұрын
@@AriesBeats 8,25 seems to be a standard those day. But you can get larger if you want to be more confortable. Same size for the trucks. Here is a chart for the trucks size depending of the brand: www.skatedeluxe.com/blog/en/wiki/skateboarding/skateboard-wiki/trucks/ For the wheels, between 52 and 54mm for street, bigger if you only do transitions. About durometer, 99A is a good all round. I usually ride 100A

Great video Laurent! I’m glad you are feeling better with the ankle! I enjoyed the deck set up at the beginning. Really impressive tricks too! 5050 boardslide and 5050 to tail are so cool looking. I need to practice them. Nice nollie on the hip too! You held on to that one that landed to manual haha. Twin tail seems awesome and I’m excited to try one sometime!

Nice, always like seeing how people set up boards differently! I wasn't too keen on the twin tail I tried, personally. Currently skating Krooked slick thinking it would slide similar to having rails, nope! It's just slightly better than plain deck for slides. Best of luck!
@SkateCrisis
3 жыл бұрын
Thank you bro! I tried some slick 20 years ago and I you said, it slides a bit better but nothing extraordinary. I understand completely that you prefer boards with ordinary nose. I like them too, but I hate to look for it when I ride. ^^ All the best to you!

I have this board but haven't set it up yet. I am looking forward to it. I am interested to see if I can stay true to just throwing it down and riding either side without picking a side. I noticed it is a bit flat but I do well with flatter boards. What did you think of the pop?
@SkateCrisis
3 жыл бұрын
I felt the pop was pretty good as it's a R7 construction. As your trucks are new, you shouldn't feel any difference so you can throw your board either way. I'm waiting to know your impressions about this board and trucks. Have a good session Anthony!

That front nose was nice and Maaan, good job on 5050 tailslide - maybe i can give it a try in the future Wanted to try 5050 heelflip out - have you ever tried it? Your heelflips are better than mine, mine are still more luck theoretically there was the kickflip! haha, the nollie to manual was great! BY accident but still great! Haven't tried twin tail yet but its something i want to try in the future - it's on my list.
