St Luis spare ribs and chicken quarters smoked of the Masterbuilt electric Bluetooth smoker. I used apple wood chips for the smoke. The rub on the ribs were Pepper Palace Apple and Cinnamon rub and I used Pepper Palaces Apple and Cinnamon bbq sauce. The rub on my chicken quarters was Suge and Baes “Da Kang” all purpose rub and the bbq sauce was Pepper Palaces’ Mountain Q Honey Habanero.
