Living around Chicago and that looks legit! Italian Beef pizza is amazing. Normally it’s made on a thin cracker crust just like the thin crust you made earlier this year. Great job Chef Tom you are always an inspiration! Thank you for your hard work and “Let’s be good to one another”.

Thanks chef Tom🙌 great idea. Love the Italian beef method. I haven’t mastered pizza yet but that combo is interesting. I have done one with sausage and fruit ( like grapes or blueberries) and maple syrup. Love to blend flavors. Thanks to you.
