How to do :
1 . Stand in Samasthiti ( Tadasana) with normal breath.
2. Inhale , Namaskarasana .
3. Exhale, release your palm Inhale , Urdhva Hasthasana.
4. Exhale , Uttanasana , Press the palms evenly on to the mat and touch your forehead to the leg .
5. Inhale , Exhale jump or step to Adhomukha Svanasana.
6. Inhale to Urdhvamukha svanasana.
7. Exhale to Chaturanga dandasana.
8. Inhale to again Urdhvamukha svanasana .
9. Exhale , Adhomukha Svanasana.
10. Inhale , Exhale to Uttanasana.
11. Inhale , Urdhva Hasthasana
12. Exhale , Namaskarasana
13. Inhale , release your palm Exhale to Samasthiti ( Tadasana )

3. If you have High blood pressure , you should not do this .

5. If you have wrist injury then don’t do it until your wrist recovered well .
