आपकी समस्या समझ सकता हूँ। Insomnia के लिए मेलाटोनिन सिरप मदद कर सकता है, लेकिन यह बहुत जरूरी है कि पहले Insomnia के मूल कारण का सही पता चल सके। नींद न आने के पीछे तनाव, चिंता, शारीरिक समस्याएं या अन्य बहुत तरह के कारण हो सकते हैं। बिना डॉक्टर की सलाह के कोई भी दवा लेना सही नहीं है। अच्छा होगा कि सही डायग्नोसिस बनाई जाये डॉक्टर द्वारा ताकि ये तो पता चले कि नींद क्यों नहीं आती, तभी सही इलाज संभव होगा। सोचिये अगर किसी शारीरिक प्रॉब्लम के कारण नींद नहीं आ रही और हम उस कमी का इलाज करने के बजाये मेलाटोनिन लेंगे तो वो तो ठीक नहीं है। इसलिए, सबसे पहले किसी विशेषज्ञ से परामर्श करें ताकि वे आपकी स्थिति को समझकर सही मार्गदर्शन और इलाज दे सकें। मुझसे जुड़ने के लिए धन्यवाद् और देर से जवाब देने के लिए माफ़ी चाहता हूँ 🙏🙏

Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapko neend zarurat se zyada aati hai to isko andekha mat kijiye. Is tarah ki medical diseases hoti hain jinmein neend zyada aati hai. Aapko kisi anubhavi 'Sleep Specialist' ya Neurologist' se consultation lena chahiye taaki achhe se assessment ho sake aur agar zarurat hai to medicines di jaayein.
