Awesome review. I have to start working from home in a few months. I will be using my cell phone but I am looking for a jabra headset. Would this headset be good to use on a Samsung S8? I work in a call center and I will be answering phone calls non-stop for 6 hours a day. I can use a cell phone for work.

Hi Brew Chango! If using a Samsung S8 you have two options: Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack headset. The Jabra Evolve2 30 is a corded USB headset that is not compatible with your Samsung S8 phone. If you never want to worry about battery life, a corded headset with 3.5mm connection may be a solid option. If you prefer to be wireless, there are several Bluetooth options available from multiple brands. If you wish to stick with Jabra, you have have the Evolve2 85, Evolve2 65, Evolve 75 (one of my top picks), & Evolve 65. Here's video on Evolve 75 from my home office kzitem.info/news/bejne/royNwItmpYOViqw

Hi TY! Of course, you can ask questions. 😃 I'll do my best to answer them. 1. Where do get device software for Jabra? Go to this link. FREE Windows and macOS Jabra Direct downloads are available: www.jabra.com/software-and-services/jabra-direct 2. Is there a fake/counterfeit Jabra? Unfortunately, there is counterfeit and gray market Jabra. It's essential to buy Jabra through Authorized Jabra Resellers in your region. You can find them by going to the Jabra Partner Locator page located here: www.jabra.com/wheretobuy/partner-locator 3. Does Jabra Evolve2 30 have a better noise-canceling mic than the Engage 50 II? That's a challenging question, as these two models are in two categories. The Jabra Evolve2 Series is designed for Office Professionals who work in an office, home office, or other remote locations and use business-grade UC platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet. The Jabra Engage 50 II is designed for Contact Center professionals who use Contact Center platforms like Genesys, Amazon, NICE, Teams, etc. You also get a much richer experience with leading monitoring providers like Nectar, Operata, and Virsae. Together, these solutions deliver visual dashboards with insights on audio performance and conversation patterns to help you enhance agent and customer experience on every call. These are all great questions! Thank you so much for watching and supporting our channel. I hope these responses help you find the right headset.

Thank you for another lovely video. I have these headphones, the mic reduces noise very well, but unfortunately not the sounds of the wind when out. Those sounds are so loud, that people I talk to, they complaint about very unpleasant sounds of the wind. Another problem is low volume while listening to audio messages, videos on YT etc. Possibly including those two tests in your videos would be good idea? Number one: Testing the range of volume when listening to YT videos, audio messages etc. Number two: testing microphone recording quality outside, but particularly checking the wind sound cancelling. Thank you.

Thanks for this review!! Starting to work from home and looking at these and the blackwire c5220. Do you know which is better for noise canceling and comfort?
@kamala4443
3 жыл бұрын
I compared both side by side. Blackwire c5220 feels more comfortable brand new. But I kept the Jabra Evolve 2 30 instead. Because: - C5220 had mushy ear cups which feel comfortable in the beginning but it felt like I have placed a piece a cloth on my ears. padding on the earcups was less than Jabra. - C5220 felt too flimsy as comapred to Jabra - C5220 color with Red cable made it look less suitable for office environment. They look old style when compared side by side with Jabra - Sound was louder and wider on C5220 though due to the fact that it has bigger drivers. But I plan to use these for teams calls only and not for music.

Hi Wesso, I've submitted your question directly to Jabra as I have not tested the Connect 4h. From comparing the Tech Specs here are the key differences I see: Jabra Connect 4h - Dual Ear Only, USB-C Only vs Evolve2 30 - Single and Dual Ear models, USB-A and USB-C, UC and Microsoft Teams Certified variants Jabra Evolve2 30 has LED features and functions that include Microsoft Teams notifications (MS Teams variants) and busy light and incoming call vs Connect 4h does not. Jabra Evolve2 30 is Certified for Microsoft Teams. Meets Microsoft Teams Open Office requirements (MS Teams Variants), Certified for Amazon Chime, Cisco, Google Meet, Mitel, Unify. Works with all other leading UC platforms. vs Jabra Connect 4h is not certified I'll share Jabra's response once I receive it. Contact us directly if you have more questions! M-F, 8am-5pm ET. @@CallOneInc Awesome, thanks for the reply. Yea the Connect 4H seems to be an older model and almost like a 'prototype' (design wise) of the Evolve2 series. It seems to look just like the Evolve2 30 (well... one variant of it) without the certifications (UC or Teams). I did just buy a pair as they're pretty cheap and I really only make audio calls (not VOIP) via Teams so it works well. I am able to still pick up Teams calls by just pressing the side button on the right earcup. Thanks for posting the question to Jabra, looking forward to see their response!

They were quick to respond: Hi Danny, Great question! It can be a little confusing for sure. The Jabra Connect 4H is just the consumer variant name for the Evolve2 30; so if you were to walk into Best Buy or Staples or some other brick and mortar store, the device on the shelf would be the Jabra Connect 4H. The only difference customers should be aware of is that the Connect 4H is always the “UC” variant. There are no MS Teams certified SKUs for the Connect 4h.
