Bent over rows should be done with reverse grip. (External rotation). Would skip upright rows! Stick with more functional compound movements. Tennis isn't bodybuilding! Why is she doing these isolation lifts? Cause major imbalances. This is an annoying video. Done!

Totally, I think a lot of these so called tennis trainers are clued out. They have never played high level sports.
