1 simmered shiitake mushroom
1 piece "mochi kinchaku"
1 slice kamaboko (fish cake)
10cm green onion
1 prawn tempura
2 dried yuba (soy milk skin)
1 fu (wheat gluten)
1 egg
■Soup (1 serving)
400 ml dashi stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1/2 tsp salt
■Simmered shiitake mushrooms
5 shiitake mushrooms
200ml dashi stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar
■Mochi Kinchaku (1 serving)
1/2 piece deep-fried tofu
1/2 square rice cake (mochi)
15cm kanpyo (dried shaving of a kind of gourd)
