Shredded cabbage salad is also popular in the US with fried chicken. It’s called cose slaw.

Yes it is. It's actually spelled coleslaw. We also like mashed potatoes, green beans, and baked beans with fried chicken.

@@marcfilippone181 Don't forget Coca Cola or Beer. I was bringing up, coleslaw, because they had their own shredded cabbage dish for fried chicken.
have always wanted a mallet like that to tenderize meat - afraid though that my neighbours wouldn’t approve - I could offer to feed them on the days I’m pounding 🤣😂 thnx again for another great episode 🤗

What is the name of the rice flour used to cook this chicken?
@food_star
2 жыл бұрын
I asked the shop owner. The shop uses wheat flour, not rice flour. It is a wheat flour called "Izanami", and it is said that it is made only from the wheat called "Kitahonami" in Hokkaido. Please also refer to the links below. www.konayashop.jp/shopdetail/000000001206/

Pls improve your English subtitles. They are always so bad and not correct. Make effort to ask people to write for u. If not it is all.wrong info.
