The way the Abalone was displayed was absolutely stunning, as someone who loves cooking and wants to learn to make sashimi with more uncommon seafood in my side of the world, this is the kind of culinary artistry I dream of being able to achieve one day❤️❤️

These were considered crustaceans from sea beds and are edible whereas, animals got feet. Big huge difference from each other. Thank you showing on how to prepare these crustaceans.

Well for me, it's easier to brush/clean it first before removing from its shell. But I didn't know you can use spoon to easily remove it 😂 I usually used knife. Now I know. Thanks 😉
