The best pluming store in Sioux Falls South Dakota has a washlet in their public bathrooms. As people come out with a dazed look their employees say "One you've had a heated seat it's all you can think of!" They say their sales are super high. I loved it.

Martina, you totally put me in mind of Adam Sandler having a bath in Billy Madison. "Shampoo is better, I go on first and clean the hair. Conditioner is better, I leave the hair silky and smooth. Stop looking at me swan!" lol

Omfg I just found out that my curly-haired husband thought that his "2 in 1" shampoo/conditioner counted as conditioning his hair and I just gave him the same lecture Martina just gave the camera. It's so true!

I feel if you have any wave or curl to your hair keeping you hair not dry is a pain. I tried doing the curly girl hair routine but it got too oily and my hair is inbetween curly and wavy. Wavy method works a bit better.. (condition scalp, shampoo, rinse, condition everything and don't rinse) I also bought a spray bottle from daiso and filled it with water and a few drops of lavender oil. That made my fair feel a bit nicer as well. I had to repurpose the bottle for my vegetable drawer.. Gotta keep those vegetables hydrated! (Without the lavender of course. I don't think that would taste good...)

Make sure you are buying flushable wipes and not baby wipes if going that route. Baby wipes are not designed for septic or water treatment systems and you could be putting micro plastics in the water supply.
@elskabee
4 жыл бұрын
i hate to break it to you but research has shown that "flushable" wipes are not actually flushable, they do not break down in the same way as toilet paper and can cause clogs. If you search "flushable wipes are not flushable" in a search engine you will find a lot of videos and articles on the subject :)

Was this coffee shop Tim Hortons? Every Canadian that has been on a roadtrip knows that a Timmies bathroom break is less than ideal, mostly due to the "toilet paper." I use that term very loosely. Or maybe the fact that counter is ALWAYS wet.
@LisaMarli
4 жыл бұрын
You need to go to the toilet paper section, that's where they have the adult wet wipes. And for future travel, you can get smaller packs, including individual wrapped sheets (great for sticking a few in your pocket) from Amazon. I know, I hate dry paper for wiping my butt and I live in America, with an American toilet. Sigh.

If you only want to use one thing, try using only conditioner! You might need a shampoo if you use a lot of products in your hair, but if you don't, then just conditioner might be enough. Cleansing conditioners are also a thing! :D

Even the flushable ones clog up sewers. So if you're in the women's restroom you can put it in the sanitary trash can. If you're in the men's room... I'm not sure what you'd do with it.

My father worked at a waste water treatment plant for 35+ years. He used to tell me marketing something as "flushable" is useless. Anything *can* be flushed, but very few things *should* be flushed. Crap and as little paper as possible. Those are it.
