I'm Korean, and I can speak both languages. in my opinion in difficulty, Writing system : Japanese(use Kanji hiragana katakana, but Korean only use hangul) Pronunciation : Korean (many words have final tone) Words : Japanese(because of kanji which has two ways of reading) Grammar : Korean(sentence changes in many ways more than Japanese) Honorifics : Both (both have honorific words and rules) Listening : Korean (has some unclear sounds) For me Japanese is much more harder than Korean because of Kanji. 😱

Lol Yep, Korean is easy for reading writing but hard for speaking listening to various dipthong like ㅑ,ㅕ,ㅛ,ㅠ, ㅔ, ㅐ,ㅒ,ㅝ,ㅘ .

Pronunciation in Korean isn't really that difficult at all. The Hangul writing system is the most perfect and logical guide for learning pronunciation. Match the sounds to the phonetic syllable Hangul. As easy as that.
And also because alot of the kanjis have different way of pronouncing it depending in the context. Love your videos kevin ^^ !!

不知道為什麼,我學日文的時候日文漢字發音從來沒有跟中文混淆過,碰日文的時候會自動進入日文模式😂😂😂

Alice Zhang

If you find Japanese numbers difficult, don't try French numbers then 😂 To say 95 for example, we litterally say four twenty fifteen (don't ask the logic lol) 76=sixty sixteen

Cynthia Bell I don’t agree cuz the pronunciation stays the same whether in 95, 195, 1995, etc. I find the genre and verb conjugations more difficult for beginners.

There is actually a ''logic'' to it XD... for example the 95, quatre-vingt-quinze (four twenty fifteen), it means 4x20+15=95 so Math basically...
I’m presently learning Mandarin and Japanese. Japanese verbs and language cases are what makes it so hard. What makes Mandarin hard are the tones and the fact that it only uses Kanji. That’s my read. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
I had a chance to learn either Japanese or Korean... I picked Japanese. It's a very big challenge but that's what makes it so fun to me :3 I think learning a harder language makes the feeling of success so much more rewarding.
I'm korean i feel easy to learn chinese and japanese because they use 漢字 like us. Japanese is same grammer with korean, and chinese just use 漢字. So is more simple😄
