His mistake. He thought he got the opportunity because they were friends. He was there because he could do something for her. She's always been about herself. As soon as she determined someone wasn't adding value to her brand they were jettisoned; Nolé, Janice, Miss Jay, Nigel and ultimately Mr Jay. The show should have ended after season ten, maybe twelve. It had run it's course. Sure the co-ed seasons were different but the drama was the same, just different players.

Hi Greice Salazar! Nene Leakes is the star attraction for Housewives of Atlanta. Every other character on that show is outstanding but do you see them venturing out to become their own personal entity. Yes ....they want to but NO they haven't made it that far where financing TV executives have allowed it to happen. Any member saying they can do it alone is still clawing at Nene Leakes to become as popular as her career has led her. It's NOT about their ethnicities as JAY MANUEL says it's not about his percentage of blackness. If he wanted a show with all the producing and creative directing he says he has done ....I AM SURE....he could pull off finding his own format of a show to executive produce his OWN show. Tyra was a pit stop for his learning experience to be the titles he claimed for TYRA BANK'S SHOW. She entitled it "Americas Next Top Model". JAY MANUEL is so COOL! American women who participated in that show probably will NEVER forget him. AWESOME GOING .... JAY MANUEL and continued success 😉🎬🎥✔.

Toyanda Powell No. Tyra yelled at Tiff because she felt like Tiff took the opportunity she gave her too lightly. It was 100% personal! It wasn’t about the opportunity but more about Tyra giving it. Tyra was offended because she had given herself and that show a sense of “self-importance “. And she felt like Tiff didn’t respect the “powerhouse” that Tyra believes she is. In my experience, different people handle disappointment in different ways. Tyra felt like Tiff should express her sadness in a certain way..... but Tiff’s expression was different than what Tyra expected. This DOESN’T mean that Tiff wasn’t taking it seriously. It just means that Tiff expresses herself in a different way. Everyone isn’t gonna cry. We are all different. Tyra didn’t understand that because her ego is too big.

Yeah that was some bull, humiliating that girl like that. Tyra shouldn't have even wasted the girl's time. She knew there was no way in hell Tiff was going to win, but she couldn't rightfully get rid of her because she was actually a decent model. Tiffany was rough around the edges and controversial which makes for good TV . Then they come up with this BS acting challenge and eliminates her based not her being able to do a Cockney accent . And don't get me started on Boris Kodjoe and his crack about her "being on the plantation." There are girls who have gotten much farther in the competition and done way worse. Hell, some of them even won.

I grew up with this show and as I grew older re-watching it back its like wow Tyra is not a nice person and some of the stuff is just beyond ridiculous. I used to LOVE Tyra. When i used to watch ANTM i was 14,15,16 years old and i was so impressed by her beauty, she was funny to me, she was honest and elegant... But wow, was i wrong. I guess i was impressionable. However, i can totally see now what she has been doing with the show: she sold a tv show where SHE could be at charge and could be a goddess figure because she needed that attention. "Tyra mail!" is something that i thought was cute, but now i see that and all her pictures at the houses being something cult-like. For real. The show was NEVER about giving girls the opportunity to be real models. The show was about TYRA GETTING ALL THE ATTENTIONS SHE THOUGHT SHE DESERVED. She has always had this complex, like "Naomi Campell did this and that to me, they didn't want me anywhere, it was hard for me" which i get and i believe 100%, but it doesn't look like she learnt anything from that experience. The show was a mockery and they just laughed at those poor girls. Nasty. Not classy. Not cute.
