I get constipated when I do the carnivore diet I wish I could have Diarra like normal people. I have chronic constipation
@Kat-fc4il
2 жыл бұрын
@@aarongonzalez4458 you definitely don't want diarrhea either.. I have IBS and suffer with both issues. If you are chronically constipated, make sure you are drinking enough water but distilled or purified water will be better.. try to drink at least a few ounces first thing in the morning before you consume anything else and drink it throughout the day without anything added to it. Sipping on it at night when you wake up helps also.. If you do add anything, make sure it's just fresh lemon squeezed into warm water because that helps to detox to liver and bowels. Certain herbal teas are ok too and the warm water will help to relax your intestines. Stay away from sugar, medication, anything that's over-processed, artificial flavors and carbs.. consume more fresh fruit, even if it's just a banana everyday and if you're STILL struggling, take a spoonful of organic coconut oil every night before bed or a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil.. it's not as gross as it sounds but all of those things definitely help. If you do all of those things then you can eat all the meat you want but make sure it's good quality grass-fed, pasture raised organic, meaning no hormones or antibiotics and same with eggs or chicken.. make sure they are cage free and chemical free.. and try to stay away from fried food. Good luck!!

@moseskr6503

@@fire3608 I have actually done a carnivore diet along with exercises, went into ketosis and it really worked, but kept getting muscle pulls in my legs in the morning so I have to eat avocado often. But, I also felt cold often and got flu or colds very easily. I also had a slight issue with leaky bowl which I believe was because of the loss in weight as well as change in diet. The stomach really does adjust to drastic change in diet. I’d recommend this for especially hot or summer as well as those that are overweight. Right now, I cut the quantity of carbs I eat and it works well with or without exercise. I also try to get enough sleep so that I do not develop sudden cravings for stuff. So one has to find some kind of combination that works for them. I can do extreme carnivore, but not all the time.

On all of these diets you can choose shitty processed foods that are inflammatory or anti inflammatory real, whole foods. 4 1/2 years keto and Intermittant fasting. The only change i've made it alternate day fasting for metabolism dealing with effects of homeostasis.
