This sums John up. Funny, unique, personable, articulate, thoughtful, multi talented, singer/song writing guitar playing genius.

I was holding my breath at the end and I didn't even realise it. The breadth of this performance was nothing short of amazing.

He's really locked in the groove now, soloing over the piano loop. Right in the pocket

Do you recommend a floor seat? I want to be close but I don’t want to have people block my view!

I had a difficult time seeing the show from the 11th row. There were a lot of tall people in front of me and I’m 5’2”! I have had front and center which was a dream and also 6th row during last year’s Sob Rock tour which was amazing. I probably wouldn’t do anything after the first six or seven rows. I have had great views from the closer lower bowl seats. The risers provide great views when people stand up in front of you. 😊

The side sections closest to the stage - risers to the left and right of the stage are great. John pays more attention to the left (his right), but the right side gets to see him enter first and last and you can see which guitars are being brought to him and get a great view of when he is seated and playing. No issues seeing, but I also stood the whole time (my seat was on the edge with nothing behind me).

I’ve got a video here from John’s Paradise Valley Tour with him playing piano, I believe for one of the first times. It’s I Will Be Found (Lost at Sea) at The Borgata Events Center in Atlantic City, NJ. 😊

John said he was playing “Friend of the Devil” which is a Dead & Co. song he plays when touring with them. I have an acoustic version of it from this Solo tour at Madison Square Garden on March 15th. 😊
